The service
Tutivate matches students with tutors and supports the arrangement. Consultations and compatibility trials are free; paid lessons begin only once you confirm the match.
Outcomes
We do not guarantee grades, test scores or school and university places. We commit to careful matching, specific preparation and honest reporting.
Fees and payment
Rates are confirmed in writing before any lesson is paid for. The consultation and the compatibility trial are free. The payment schedule, invoicing and refund terms are still in draft and will be published here before paid lessons begin.
Cancellation
The notice period for cancelled or rescheduled lessons is still in draft and will be published here before paid lessons begin. Until then, cancellations and rescheduling are agreed directly with Tutivate.
Conduct
Lessons run through Tutivate's arrangements. Students and tutors are expected to be punctual, prepared and respectful.
Changes
We may update these terms and will publish the current version on this page.
