I’m Avyukt Batra, a third-year Engineering student at Trinity College, University of Cambridge. Before Cambridge, I studied at Queen Elizabeth’s School, Barnet, so I have recently been through the same GCSE and A-level process as the students I teach. I achieved ten grade 9s at GCSE and four A*s at A-level in Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry. I now have more than 500 hours of tutoring experience and I am DBS checked. I love tutoring because I genuinely enjoy the moment when a difficult idea begins to make sense. Having experienced the same courses and exam pressures myself, I want to make that process clearer, calmer and more manageable for other students.
