Hello! I’m a dedicated and approachable tutor with a strong academic background, having achieved nine GCSEs at grade 9 across 10 subjects, as well as an A in OCR Additional Mathematics (FSMQ). At A level, I achieved four A*s in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Geography. I offer tutoring in Biology and Chemistry and can support students across a range of abilities and age groups (from year 9 to year 13). My approach is centred on developing genuine understanding rather than relying on memorisation. I break challenging topics down into clear, manageable steps and use questioning, worked examples and targeted practice to help students build confidence. I aim to create a friendly and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. Every lesson is adapted to the individual student, whether they need help strengthening their foundations, tackling challenging topics, preparing for exams, or pushing towards the highest grades. Parents can expect me to be reliable, patient and encouraging, while students can expect lessons that are structured, engaging and tailored to their goals.
