I'm a third-year Engineering student at the University of Cambridge, where I've achieved First Class results in my first two years. Before Cambridge, I studied at The Henrietta Barnett School, achieving A*s in A-Level Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry, and eleven grade 9s at GCSE. I tutor GCSE Maths and A-Level Maths and Further Maths (Pure, Statistics and Mechanics), and support students applying for Engineering, including admissions tests and interviews. Having been through the Cambridge application process recently, I know what it takes. I begin by finding any gaps in understanding, then tailor each lesson to target them. I explain concepts clearly and only move on once they're understood, building up difficulty so students grow in confidence. Lessons include plenty of past paper practice to sharpen exam technique, so students can expect steady progress and a tutor who's patient, friendly and focused on their goals.
